About
The studio is founded by New York City-based architect Yuchen Qiu, with work spanning institutional, residential, senior living, and healthcare projects—from single-family residences to developments exceeding 900,000 square feet.
Currently at Perkins Eastman, a global architecture firm recognized for design excellence in healthcare, senior living, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Previously at goCstudio in Seattle, an award-winning residential studio known for crafted modern homes in the Pacific Northwest.
Parallel to practice, pursues independent design research through both international competitions and long-form writing—exploring mass timber high-rise construction, health-centered care environments, computational and performance-informed design, and speculative economies of carbon and labor.
Project work featured in ArchDaily, Dezeen, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Architectural Record. Recent exhibitions include the Utopia 40×40 International Exhibition at THE BLANC Gallery NYC, Reflection of the Future 2026 at REALM, and VITA New York.
